About the role
Join our growing team at Aquilofts Ltd' as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients in the UK and the Philippines. Your primary focus will be to understand our clients' needs, provide exceptional service, and proactively identify opportunities to expand our business partnerships.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services and support to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base, contributing to the company's growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and activities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative customer service initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reports on client satisfaction, retention, and growth
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or relationship management
- Experience must be specifically within the technology sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Demonstrated track record of successfully growing and retaining client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Equivalent work experience will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree
