
HR Compliance Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH requirements.
- Liaise with corporate legal counsel as needed.
- Represent the company in labor-related proceedings.
- Conduct and document employee exit interviews.
- Coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Assist in processing other employee benefits.
Qualifications:
1. Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources, or any related courses.
With 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and government compliance processes.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
