As the R&D Manager, you will lead innovation and technical strategy for food ingredient development, driving product excellence and market competitiveness

Responsibilities
  • Innovation Leadership: Develop long-term technical roadmaps and innovation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Product Development: Lead end-to-end development of new food ingredients—from concept to commercialization.
  • Technical Oversight: Apply specialized testing, analyze data, and set product specifications for continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet government regulations and corporate standards for safety and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, production, QA, and suppliers to align R&D efforts.
  • Technology Scouting: Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to enhance product portfolio.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for R&D initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor R&D staff, ensuring high-quality output and technical excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong background in food research, formulation, and manufacturing
  • Proven experience in product development and technical strategy
  • Excellent management, presentation, and communication skills
