Job Description

  • Leads the development and implementation of new general insurance products and required enhancements of the existing products
  • Assists in the identification of current and new market trends and opportunities to usher in growth
  • Prepares product performance reports on a regular basis
  • Ensures overall product compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Ensures relevance of insurance products is maintained relative to competition, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of general insurance product development experience in an Insurance firm
  • Extensive understanding of local regulatory requirements on general insurance products
  • Keen interest in InsurTech and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
