  • Build and maintain secure integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure services (such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Application Insights), and various third-party systems.
  • Apply industry best practices for solution architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Implement comprehensive role-based security models, configure authentication methods (including Azure AD B2C, OAuth, SSO), and enforce portal security policies.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior to mid developers, fostering a collaborative environment of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and key stakeholders to align technical solutions with overarching business objectives.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies, and proactively recommend their adoption where appropriate to drive innovation.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft development, with at least 3 years focused on Power Platform development

  • Knowledge:

  • Power Apps Portals/Power Pages development (Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

  • Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Key Vault)
  • Integration techniques (REST APIs, Webhooks, Plugins, Custom Connectors)
  • Security models and authentication protocols

  • Skills:

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing complex technical issues and delivering effective, sustainable solutions.

  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Exhibits leadership and mentorship skills by guiding junior developers, fostering collaboration, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Adapts quickly to evolving technologies and shifting business priorities, maintaining focus on quality and continuous improvement in solution delivery.
