Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. Experience with AWS cloud services is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with additional experience in mobile development or Fintech/Banking initiatives will be prioritized.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using and Microservices architecture.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Core Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in and Microservices architecture.

  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, etc.) is a plus.

  • Additional Ideal Skills:

  • Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or similar).

  • Exposure to Fintech or Banking projects.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
