Finance Analyst, Invoice Processing

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines ACEN Shared Services, Inc. Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify validity of the invoices received in P2P for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization

  • Enter/park invoices in SAP

  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related issues

  • Support month-end closing activities

  • Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Accounting-related course

  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting and audit work experience

  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

  • Has experience using an accounting ERP software and proficient in Excel

  • Must have experience in a BPO or shared services environment

  • Has an experience in invoice processing, familiar with tax regulations applicable to processing PH invoices, and has experience handling local/PH entities

  • Must be keen on details, with good work ethics, and a team player.

  • Must be willing to report to office at least twice a week
