Overview

Dentsu Global Services is looking for a highly detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support one of our key accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in invoice clearing and management, with a proven ability to handle high volumes of financial documentation accurately and efficiently. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth financial operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end process of invoice clearing, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoice activity and provide reporting as needed.
  • Utilize MediaOcean and Prisma platforms for media and financial workflow management.
  • Support media delivery operations and administrative tasks tied to campaign execution and reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in invoice clearing and invoice management (preferably in a media agency setting).
  • Good to have in understanding of the Canadian media landscape and billing processes.
  • Familiarity with MediaOcean and Prisma platforms.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working a 9 PM – 5 AM PHT schedule.
