Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and evaluate civil and structural plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements for various projects.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers regarding project schedules and technical issues.
  • Ensure that all civil engineering documents, permits, and approvals are properly filed and updated.
  • Review project reports, progress updates, and technical submittals for completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide technical input and assistance in bid preparation and project proposals.
  • Monitor and evaluate contractor performance based on project standards and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Support management in project budgeting, scheduling, and documentation control.
  • Conduct occasional site visits for inspection and validation purposes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in construction, design, or project management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working under minimal supervision
