Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Monitoring website performance and customer data.
- Creating and optimizing product listings.
- Managing and updating website content, design, and features.
- Managing online inventory and order fulfillment.
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing website traffic and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
- Knowledgeable in the process of E-COMM
- Coordinate with other sales
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Operations Management, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of e-commerce experience within a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong understanding of online sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in IT PRODUCTS is a plus
- Willing to be assigned in Marikina near LRT Station
