Engkanto Taps aims to grow the craft community in the country by providing an authentic and fantastic experience with its signature drinks and unique cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team
  • Ensure food quality and consistency
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Adhere to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints regarding food items in collaboration with the outlet manager
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef
  • Proven track record of managing a kitchen team
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Willing to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Passion for creating high-quality dishes

Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
