Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate and timely financial record-keeping, accounting operations, tax compliance, and audit preparation for all companies under the group. Reports technically to the CEO and administratively to the HRAD Head.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Supervise accounting activities including general ledger and bookkeeping.
b) Generate financial statements and monthly/annual reports.
c) Ensure tax filings and compliance with BIR, LGU, and other agencies.
d) Prepare and support internal and external audit processes.
e) Manage disbursements, payables, and supplier accounts.
f) Coordinate payroll calculations and government remittances with HRAD.
g) Maintain internal controls and accounting system accuracy.
Qualifications:
a) Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
b) 5–7 years of experience in accounting leadership roles.
c) Strong background in PH accounting standards, audit, and taxation.
