WE'RE HIRING – SALES ORDER PROCESSOR

Job Purpose

The Sales Order Processor is responsible for accurately receiving, validating, and processing customer purchase orders in a timely manner. This role ensures that all orders are aligned with customer requirements, pricing agreements, and company policies, supporting smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.


What You'll Do

• Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness

• Encode sales orders in the ERP system promptly and accurately

• Verify product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely order fulfillment

• Communicate order status, delivery updates, or discrepancies to customers and internal teams

• Prepare and release order-related documents such as sales invoices and delivery receipts

• Assist in resolving order-related issues and customer concerns

• Prepare regular reports on order processing and fulfillment performance


What We're Looking For

• Education:

Graduate of any Business or related course

• Experience:

At least 2–3 years in sales order processing, order management, or related administrative role

• Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP experience is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Customer-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
