Job Title: Store Maintenance Worker

Location: Malolos, Bulacan

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at Bulcan minimum wage (with overtime pay and allowances)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Store Maintenance Worker to help ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of store facilities. The role involves performing basic maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and assisting with store operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, etc.)
  • Conduct routine inspections of store facilities and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of designated areas, including minor housekeeping tasks when required
  • Assist in moving or lifting store items, supplies, or boxes as needed
  • Support store staff in general upkeep to maintain a safe and organized environment
  • Follow safety guidelines when using tools, equipment, and cleaning materials

Qualifications

  • Physically fit, and willing to do manual work
  • At least High School graduate (Vocational course or TESDA NC II in Electrical, HVAC, or related field is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of basic electrical work, aircon cleaning, and minor repairs is required
  • With experience as a maintenance personnel, utility, or similar role is a plus
  • Flexible and willing to be assigned other general tasks (cleaning, carrying boxes, assisting store staff)
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and can work with minimal supervision
