Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that products are produced and stored in accordance with the appropriate documentation in
order to obtain the required quality;
Approves the instructions relating to production operations and ensures their strict implementation;
Ensures that the production and packaging records are evaluated and signed:
Performs batch manufacturing records review;
Ensures the qualification and maintenance of the department, premises and equipments;
Ensures that the appropriate validations are done;
Ensures that the required initial and continuing training of his/her department personnel is carried
out and adapted according to need;
Ensures that reconciliation of quantities have no discrepancies outside acceptable limits;
Ensures that processing, starting materials, bulk containers, equipment and appropriate rooms used
should be labeled or otherwise identified with an indication of the stage of product or material being
processed at all times;
- Maintains the subordinate discipline, favorable working environment and assist the subordinates on
technical problems;
- Organize duties of operator effectively, efficiently and handles technical problems in production of
drug products;
Arrange the purchasing request of equipment required;
Provides appraisal review of subordinates;
Prepares report required by the management;
Maintains good relationship among other employees.
Qualifications
I. Must be a pharmacist with a least 1 year of practical experience in production of drug products;
II. Have practical experience and the knowledge in pharmaceutical processing and
packaging, pharmaceutical equipment and methods, GMP, SOPs and leadership;
III. With of good moral character;
IV. Physically and mentally fit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
