Job Summary:

The Multi-Skilled Factory Worker is responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks across different production processes in the factory. This role requires flexibilty, technical skills, and the ability to operate various machines and tools, perform quality checks, and support maintenance activities. A Multi-Skilled Worker ensure smooth production flow by adapting to different roles as needed, while upholding company standards for safety, efficiency, and production quality.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or similar is required, with a focus on maintaining quality standard.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hour
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy packages, and work flexible hours.
  • Good communication and the ability to work well with others is a important.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work in shifting schedules and overtime when needed Including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not necessary, as training will be provided.
  • Team player, punctual, and reliable
