About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong QS experience to join our team at Office Pro Philippines. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our office fitout construction projects in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a strategic role that will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing detailed project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of office fitout construction projects
  • Coordinating and managing the work of cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating regularly with stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on office fitout projects
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
  • Familiar with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
