JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service centers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship to service technicians, mechanics, and administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to prioritize and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce customer service standards and best practices.
  • Manage the center's budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, parts ordering, and cost management.
  • Analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions for business improvement.
  • Ensure that all service work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer data, service history, and financial transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
