We are looking for a Store Manager who will oversee the overall operations, sales, and performance of our lifestyle eyewear store in BGC. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive business results while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to boost conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer retention.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for growth.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding service and a personalized shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner.
  • Train and coach staff in product knowledge and effective selling techniques.

Staff Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to motivate employees.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient store coverage.

Inventory & Merchandise Management

  • Oversee receiving, storage, display, and replenishment of eyewear merchandise.
  • Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.

Store Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, sales procedures, and cash handling policies.
  • Monitor and manage store expenses to optimize operational costs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with mall administration for announcements and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in sales reporting and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willing to work in SM North
  • Can start ASAP.
