1. Hardware Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

2. Technical Support

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
  • Be available for urgent remote technical support during rest days or off-hours when critical issues occur.
  • Candidates must be available for after-hours emergency support as needed when critical issues arise.

3. Network & Systems Administration

  • Maintain and monitor the company's LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems.
  • Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN, Tunnel (IPSEC,L2TP,PPPOe,OSFP,PPTP)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of networking experience is required for configuring and managing network protocols and infrastructure.
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and security.
  • Perform and monitor data backup and recovery operations.

4. Active Directory & System Administration

  • Manage Active Directory (AD) for user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs).
  • Create, modify, and remove user accounts and permissions according to company policies.
  • Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security, access control, and user environment settings.
  • Manage file shares, access rights, and permissions.
  • Monitor and audit AD logs for security and compliance.
  • Support domain controllers, DNS, and DHCP configurations.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Candidates must have 1-2 years of IT support or help desk experience to fulfil the technical requirements of this role.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this IT Specialist position.
