Telesales Associate

Poss Capital is looking for a driven and articulate Telesales Associate to join our front-line outreach team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients over the phone, and guide them through our lending solutions. You'll contribute directly to the growth and financial health of the business by converting leads, following up with borrowers, and executing persuasive communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to potential customers (cold/warm leads) to pitch Poss Capital's financing solutions.
• Follow structured scripts to engage prospects and borrowers, while personalizing based on responses and context.
• Engage leads, qualify them, and drive conversions through consistent and persuasive follow-up.
• Make timely calls to borrowers for payment reminders, negotiate repayment timelines, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status in the CRM or tracking system.
• Provide feedback on script performance and share call insights with the team to help improve overall strategy.
• Work closely with other telesales members and the team lead to align on goals, challenges, and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telesales and customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive and resilient mindset.
• Able to handle objections and remain composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with call tracking tools or CRM platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
