  • Assist in performing general clerical duties that includes photocopying and mailing; thus, maintaining and keeping electronic records in the computer system (ERP System Software) and up to date hard copy filling system and maintaining confidential records and files.
  • Assist in monitoring of inventory of finished goods stocks in warehouse (internal ERP system) – which includes the implementation of First-In First-Out (FIFO) system, monitoring of stocks that is due for fumigation, HOLD items as per advice by Quality Control Assurance (QCA), RETURN items from supplier and FG with customer complaints.
  • Assist in the monthly physical inventory count and reconciliation for all warehouse items such as pack-add materials and finish good. Thus; this serve as check and balance for WH stocks and audit report for inventory count results must be provided in a timely manner.
  • Assist in monitoring of status of all incoming and outgoing trucks that will be loaded and/or unloaded in the WH for timely advisory as per request of sales and\or customer's representative.
  • Assist in monitoring, encoding, updating and in the preparation of the following reports either in excel file and\or using the internal ERP system. Thus; ensure that the following reports and documents were filed properly, orderly and in chronological manner for items with series number.
