Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven
Product Manager
with expertise in
Salesforce or Acumatica ERP
to join our growing team. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of business-critical solutions that optimize workflows, enhance user experience, and enable growth. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce/Acumatica implementations and enhancements align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap for Salesforce or Acumatica initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, finance, operations, and customer success) to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product features.
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze system workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Oversee integration of Salesforce or Acumatica with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and business process alignment.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with CRM/ERP trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide leadership in testing, training, and change management for system enhancements or new features.
  • Track and report on product performance, adoption, and ROI, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5+ years of product management experience
    , preferably in CRM or ERP systems.
  • Proven expertise in
    Salesforce or Acumatica
    (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with business processes in finance, operations, sales, or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
