Job Purpose
:
The
Customer Service
role is responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients by managing inquiries, providing timely shipment updates, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This position is key to building client satisfaction and trust through proactive service and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiry : Respond promptly to customer concerns, provide shipment updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Timely Communication: Keep customers informed about shipment status, delays, or changes.
- ERP System : Ensure accurate and timely updates of bookings and system information.
- Collaboration: Work with booking/operations and documentation teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Rate and Schedule Management: Ensure timely and accurate provision of rates and sailing schedules to agents.
Requirement:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
- Experience in Cargowise, ERP or related platform in Logistics industry.
- knowledge of TP trade is advantage.
Language Skills:
- Good in English(listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
