Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

  • Oversee daily cash operations to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor bank balances and manage cash positioning to optimize interest income and minimize borrowing costs.

Bank Relationship & Transaction Management

  • Manage relationships with banking partners to facilitate efficient cash management services.
  • Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, payments, and other banking transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking agreements and monitor associated fees and services.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash position reports.
  • Analyze cash flow trends and provide recommendations to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes and systems.
  • Implement best practices in cash management to improve efficiency and control.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
