The Treasury Associate is responsible for assisting the Finance Supervisor in managing payment releases and transmittals across all SBUs, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes. Responsibilities include validating and monitoring cheques, preparing weekly release summaries, handling inquiries from internal and external customers, facilitating PCF replenishments, maintaining accounting records, and supporting reconciliation through SAP. The position also ensures timely coordination with sites and other departments while providing accurate reporting for effective financial management.
The ideal candidate must hold a four-year degree in Accounting or a Finance-related course, with general ledger accounting experience and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
