Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design and Planning:

  • Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Site Management:

  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address technical and site-related challenges.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project standards.

Project Coordination and Management:

  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among architects, consultants, and clients.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
  • Resolve issues related to design, construction, or client concerns promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and site management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Certifications:

  • Licensed Architect (required).
  • Additional certifications in project management or construction safety are a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office-based design work and on-site project supervision.
  • Travel to construction sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php27,000.00 per month
