Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail design and operations, capable of developing and implementing innovative architectural solutions that enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience across various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement streamlined operational processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience in retail environments.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with retail systems, including POS, inventory management, supply chain, and CRM platforms.
• Analyze existing retail workflows to identify design and operational improvement opportunities that align with business objectives and support scalable growth.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to retail architecture, from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail design and operations, providing actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with retail management, IT, finance, and other departments to align architectural strategies with overall business goals.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and sustainability practices.
• Provide support to retail teams on new designs and architectural systems, ensuring smooth adoption and execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an architect, preferably with a focus on retail environments.
• Strong understanding of retail systems and technologies, including their impact on architectural design.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate business needs into effective design solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to retail architecture.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to innovative design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is highly desirable.
• Architectural licensing (e.g., NCARB) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
