AutoCAD Draftsman

POSITION SUMMARY

CAD operators use technology to help generate designs for complex projects. These designs may be used to create 2D images, a process known as surface modeling, or 3D images, or solid modeling. CAD designers must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software.

II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
• Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
• Conducting research when required.
• They attend meetings with clients to understand project specifications.

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, or a related field, plus a relevant vocational or trade course.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in making/preparing a site development plan for horizontal subdivision.
• Should be well versed in AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Revit, Sketchup, or other graphic-aided use in designing and rendering.
• Preferably living within the vicinity or amenable to work in Valenzuela or relocate prior to onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
