Chempro Chemists is the Gold Coast's leading pharmacy group, with over 200 stores across Southeast QLD and Northern NSW and growing. Our Aged-Care Chemist is looking for an experienced bookkeeper and admin assistant to join our team in providing excellent services to our client/s.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling email and phone call correspondence.

• Processing of accounts for monthly distribution.

• Bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and management of overdue accounts.

• Assist with the setup of new client accounts.

• Other general office duties, including data entry and document scanning

• Report to and liaison with the pharmacy owner and other team members.

Skills and experiences required:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Previous experience in an office administration role and bookkeeping is an advantage.

• Previous working experience in pharmacy (preferred, not essential).

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.

• Attention to detail.

• The ability to integrate into a busy team environment.
