What you'll be doing

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic mobility
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and monitor clients' food and fluid intake
  • Administer medications as prescribed and keep detailed records of clients' health and progress
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, performing light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role providing care to the elderly or disabled
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our clients
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare practices, including medication management and first aid
  • Physically fit and able to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physical tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Caregiver is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php900.00 per day
