Manila Kitchens is a leading provider of professional custom kitchens for chefs and restaurants in the Philippines. We offer full commercial kitchen design and build services, providing seamless end-to-end solutions for Professional Chefs, Restaurants, and Food Business Owners. Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project preliminaries including timeline, budget requirements, cost estimates, LGU permits, working permits as required.
  • Work with the design team in preparing MEPFS plans and provide signed approval as required.
  • Submit, review, and/or audit purchase requisitions of project materials.
  • Oversee, manage and direct ongoing projects according to project timeline, including overseeing and ensuring the proper implementation of MEPFS of the projects.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the status of ongoing projects.
  • Perform regular site visits across different project locations. Minimum once a week site visit per project, with daily site visits for projects nearing completion.
  • Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, etc.
  • Monitor and ensure proper completion and compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Train and provide feedback to construction workers and/or subcontractors.
  • Always ensure quality work and engineering standards are met at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Mechanical Engineer with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
  • At least two (2) years experience as site engineer focused on project planning and implementation.
  • Preferably has valid driver's license and own motorcycle (allowance provided).
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, gas line and fire suppression systems, etc.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
