DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, websites, and email platforms.
  • Align digital initiatives with overall marketing goals to enhance brand reach and performance.
  • Content Development & Social Media Management
  • Oversee the creation and curation of compelling content (text, image, video) for promotions, campaigns, and branding.
  • Manage content calendars and day-to-day operations across various social media platforms.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve website traffic and visibility.
  • Handle paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), optimizing for conversion and ROI.
  • Website & E-Commerce Support
  • Maintain and update website content to enhance user experience and performance.
  • Coordinate with IT or third-party developers for site improvements.
  • Support online selling activities including product uploads, campaign banners, and transaction flows.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (e.g., traffic, CTR, conversions, bounce rates).
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Campaign Management & Coordination
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team on campaign planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with digital partners, influencers, and creatives to ensure alignment and quality output.
  • Leadership & Team Supervision
  • Supervise junior digital marketers or creatives.
  • Review, guide, and approve marketing materials before publishing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO software
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and e-commerce systems
  • Working knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Video tools,Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Willing to be based in Davao City and render Monday–Friday work and overtime if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
