We are looking for a talented WordPress Development Specialist to join our boutique marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience building professional websites with Elementor and a strong eye for detail. You'll be working directly with the agency founder, who brings 8+ years of industry expertise, on a steady flow of projects for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and develop WordPress websites using Elementor
  • Configure, customize, and manage plugins and themes
  • Integrate websites with HubSpot CRM and other marketing tools
  • Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the team to meet client goals and brand requirements
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience
  • Manage multiple website projects simultaneously
  • Oversee website launches and provide post-launch support

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor (must-have)
  • Strong knowledge of themes, plugins, and customization techniques
  • Understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles
  • Familiarity with HubSpot integrations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of other page builders (Beaver Builder a plus)
  • Basic HTML/CSS for light customizations
  • SEO best practices and site optimization experience
  • Familiarity with website security and backups
