The Retail Intern (Data Analyst) will support the Retail and Sales Support teams by assisting in data extraction, organization, and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis and operational support within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Data Analyst in extracting, consolidating, and organizing sales and operational data.
  • Support in preparing regular reports and summaries for retail team.
  • Extract and organize customer feedback data, and assist in sending feedback reports to dealers.
  • Assist the Sales Support Team by collating dealer concerns and ensuring all tickets are tracked and closed promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably with knowledge in Microsoft Excel (lookup functions, pivot, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note that this is a fully on-site set up, maximum OJT hours of 3 months. Preferably to start ASAP
