Be part of a global brand leading the shift toward a smoke-free future As a Retail Sales Executive for IQOS, you will represent Philip Morris International's innovative smoke-free products, engaging directly with adult consumers to introduce and promote heated tobacco systems and nicotine pouch alternatives.

You'll bring the IQOS experience to life by understanding customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and ensuring a world-class retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and educate adult customers about IQOS and other smoke-free products
  • Demonstrate product features and provide hands-on guidance to new users
  • Build strong relationships with customers and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Support store operations — ensure cleanliness, visual display, and brand compliance
  • Manage inventory and assist in after-sales service and customer care
  • Uphold brand standards and represent IQOS positively within the community

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in college
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment with flexible scheduling
  • Proficient in English
  • Customer-oriented and strong, strive to achieve sales
