What will you do as an Internal Communications Officer?

You'll play a key part in connecting colleagues across our global organisation, ensuring they have the information and inspiration they need to succeed. Working within our Internal Communications team, you'll help deliver content and campaigns that bring our strategy and culture to life.

• Create and publish engaging content across internal channels, including news stories, videos, and digital updates.
• Support global campaigns and events, managing timelines and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with business partners to align communications with organisational priorities and keep channels fresh and relevant.
• Use engagement metrics to optimise strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Contribute to Agile ways of working, adapting quickly to changing priorities and stepping in for team members when needed.
