About the Role

Surge Mobile Access Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Manager to help manage the company's day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational, financial, and client-handling skills who can thrive in a flexible work environment.

The Operations Manager will oversee daily schedules, financial tracking, and client-related activities, ensuring smooth internal coordination and efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and schedules across multiple projects.
  • Oversee financial tracking, reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate with clients, handle inquiries, and provide operational support as needed.
  • Work closely with management to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of activities.
  • Attend in-person management meetings every 1–2 weeks (allowance provided).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Financial management and reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 4 hours/day, 20 hours per week
  • Flexibility: Schedule may be arranged weekly depending on workload and meetings
  • In-person requirement: 1–2 times per month for alignment and strategy sessions (with allowance)
