We are looking for a Storage Specialist to join our team. The Storage Specialist will be the main point of contact for customers who need self-storage solutions. This role combines customer service, sales, and operational support. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys assisting people, is detail-oriented, and can confidently recommend storage options that best fit a customer's needs.

  • Greet and assist customers (walk-ins, phone, online inquiries) with their storage needs.
  • Provide unit tours, explain pricing, features, and promotions.
  • Recommend the best storage solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Handle rental agreements, payments, and account management.
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and trucking assistance (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on occupancy and collections.
  • Assist in sales and marketing efforts (flyers, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Address customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone calls and facility visits.
  • Sells and rents in-store merchandise, as well as managing supply inventories.
  • Conducts daily facility inspection and supports the auditing of the facility and operations.
  • Provides general administrative support and other related tasks as required by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
