We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and build long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales leader with experience managing complex sales cycles, closing high-value deals, and delivering customized solutions aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate combines visionary strategy with hands-on execution, demonstrating exceptional consultative selling skills and the ability to influence C-suite executives across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Deliver value-driven business cases that align with clients' long-term objectives and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for seamless onboarding and retention.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and strengthen positioning.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or cloud solutions.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals with large organizations.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, enterprise account management, and negotiation.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple enterprise sales cycles in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development, and events.
