Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all governance, compliance, and delivery standards are met. This role requires strong ownership, leadership, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, drive timely execution, and deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management:

Lead projects from business case development to project closure, ensuring all governance, compliance, and quality requirements are fulfilled.

  • Delivery Ownership:

Take full accountability for project outcomes—proactively drive decisions, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery with minimal supervision.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong working relationships across business units, IT teams, and external partners. Facilitate clear, timely, and transparent communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Project Oversight & Reporting:

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues. Ensure project transparency through consistent status reporting and effective risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or business transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php85,000.00 per month
