Job Summary:

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Performance

  2. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team coaching and sales strategies.

  3. Analyze daily/weekly sales reports (foot traffic, conversion rates, ATV) and implement action plans.

  4. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.

  5. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  6. Ensure VIP customers receive personalized service (e.g., styling advice, loyalty rewards).

  7. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation.

  8. Train staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and brand ethos.

  9. Team Leadership & Development

  10. Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks.

  11. Conduct weekly meetings to align on sales goals, promotions, and operational updates.

  12. Foster a positive work environment and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance reviews.

  13. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  14. Execute seasonal window displays and in-store layouts following brand guidelines.

  15. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, tagged, and displayed attractively.

  16. Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and launch events.

  17. Inventory & Operations Management

  18. Oversee stock replenishment, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimize shrinkage.

  19. Manage store budgets (OPEX, staffing, petty cash) and ensure cost efficiency.

  20. Ensure compliance with Mall policies, safety standards, and company SOPs.

  21. Community & Mall Engagement

  22. Build relationships with Mall Management for better positioning and promotional opportunities.

  23. Participate in mall-wide events, fashion shows, or pop-ups to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years as a Store Manager in the retail fashion industry.

  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage KPIs in a high-traffic mall setting.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching teams.

  • Knowledge of retail POS systems.

  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall sale events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SM City San Jose Del Monte or similar Tier 1 malls (SM, Ayala, Robinsons).

  • Background in lifestyle or fast-fashion brands.

  • Familiarity with O2O (online-to-offline) retail strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
