POSITION PURPOSE

  • To provide high-level coordination, governance support and institutional follow through for the Chief Marketing Officer across network wide marketing operations, executive committees, cross campus initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.
  • This role functions as a command and control coordination node of the CMO Office, ensuring precision in executive scheduling, decision documentation, stakeholder alignment and institutional execution discipline

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (any field; Business, Communications or Management Preferred)
  • Minimum of years of experience providing direct support to senior officer (director, C-Suite, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in handling: high level correspondence , cross functional coordination and sensitive institutional data and governance matters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, political awareness and execution maturity
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; advantage in digital workflow tools (notion, project management platforms)
