About the role

As a Compliance Officer at Filsyn Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation operates in line with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and is integral to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and reporting on the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks, processes, and controls
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with Accounting Dept. and Auditors
  • Preparing regular compliance reports to SEC and PSE

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in a listed company
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and policies that govern the industry and primarily aim to reduce legal and financial risk
  • Knowledge of both SEC regulations and PSE requirements is essential for this position
  • Proven track record of implementing compliance frameworks and controls.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this Compliance Officer position
  • SEC certification is required for this role
