Dispatcher/Kitchen Staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record all sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system located in the kitchen.
  • Ensure every order is issued an official receipt.
  • Support product availability by maintaining and updating item inventories in Alfred and other third-party platforms or devices.
  • Assist in basic food preparation as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Operations department.

Additional Duties:

  • Coordinate regularly with Line Cooks and Stockmen to check the availability and status of items for sale.
  • Maintain a fully functional workstation, including operational PC, tablet, internet connection, and printers, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Keep receipts organized, stored properly, and ensure the cleanliness of the workspace.
  • Provide assistance in dispatching orders, especially for Mart deliveries.
  • Be knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation standards; regularly evaluate kitchen procedures to ensure a hygienic and safe working environment.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the CQSMA standards: Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere.
  • Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Percentage of orders with complete and accurate receipts.
  • Timeliness in submitting data on cancelled or voided receipts.
  • Reduced cooking and order fulfillment time through efficient coordination and receipt issuance.
  • Positive impact on sales and transaction volume by improving the above metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a cashier in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Proficient in using POS systems.
  • Familiar with dispatch operations, receipt registration, and order processing tools.
  • Open to working on shifting schedules, with a 6-day workweek.
