In the Billings Executive role, you will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming payments. You will ensure the hygiene of the accounts in terms of billing, plan type, and invoices. You will also audit the overdue charges & changes/activation on plans.

What you will do:

Billing Operations Ownership: Ensure accurate and timely billing execution, including Chargebee postings and account reconciliation.Collections Management: Proactively follow up on bounced cheques and overdue accounts to support healthy cash flow.Quote Management: Prepare and manage quotations for non-KA, unmanaged merchants as part of standardized billing workflows.Data Integrity & Controls: Maintain clean, reliable billing data to minimize revenue leakage and downstream issues.Process Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Surface operational insights and improvement opportunities based on hands-on billing work.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Systems teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end billing processes.

How you will you need to be:

Experience in SaaS billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations, including manual payment reconciliation (cheques/offline).

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with billing platforms like Chargebee.

Strong understanding of billing cycles, invoicing, and payment posting.

Exceptional attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the ability to meet tight operational deadlines.

Professional verbal and written skills for merchant and internal coordination.

Amenable to working 100% onsite in Makati City.
