Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Maintain clear and organized records of interactions
- Work with internal teams to address complex issues
Requirements:
- At least SHS Graduates with 12 months BPO Experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
