Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Metro Manila with opportunities for remote work. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective clients, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives to drive revenue and expand market presence. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Business strategies for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to various challenges
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
