As a
Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant
, you provide expert guidance in process improvement, collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver tailored NetSuite solutions, coordinate with support for issue resolution, define functional requirements, and ensure quality deliverables that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of
  5 years
  of
  NetSuite
  experience as a
  consultant
  or in a
  support role
• NetSuite
  SuiteFoundation
  certification; additional certifications, including
  ERP
  Consultant
  certification
  , considered an asset
• General knowledge of
  business
  systems
  and
  processes
• Knowledge of
  capital
  sales
  processes
• Knowledge of
  intercompany
  processes
• Experience with the following NetSuite modules considered an asset:
• Electronic Bank Payments
• Fixed Assets Management
• Proficiency in using
  NetSuite
  CSV
  Import

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide consulting advice and general assistance as a go-to resource for specific functional areas
• Build, create, and test personalized solutions and reports with the technical team for the company
• Recommend features and bundles that help improve company processes
• Coordinate with NetSuite Support for system issues and concerns
• Articulate company needs and business requirements to technical team members for delivery
• Demonstrate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients upon completion
• Assist in resolving support tickets as they arrive
• Define and create detailed functional requirements and solution designs
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables developed by other team members
