Responsible for the crew change planning, forecasting, pre-selecting and keeping a good number of qualified and competent seafarers to fulfill the needs of the Principal/Employer at any time.

Manages the day-to-day crewing functions of the Crewing team in compliance with the principal's policies and procedures (crew planning, documentation and worldwide crewchanges, including flight-related bookings).

Prepares and analyzes the monthly KPI reports and provides recommendations for continuous improvement.

Represents the department in audits (internal or external), internal meetings, trainings, and seminars.

Required Competencies:


• Bachelor's Degree holder, with a degree related to psychology, business, maritime/shipping management


• minimum of 3 years working experience in Managerial or Supervisory position in the Manning industry with good management and leadership skills.

with experience in handling offshore vessels

· Updated and knowledgeable on national and international maritime regulations


• Results oriented with people network


• Excellent communication skills and be able to speak clearly and positively on the phone, over email and in person

· Excellent decision-making skills that are highly adaptable to different situations


• Computer literate, decisive and assertive


• Ability to organize, plan, lead, coordinate and control work and people performing varied functions and from different culture
